Welcome to CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com's website. The following Terms of Use govern your use of this website and any services that are offered here. By using this site or the services provided thereon, you agree to be, and are, bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be updated by CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com from time to time, so please check back frequently. You acknowledge and agree that your continued use of CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com or services after any such update signifies your acceptance of such modified Terms of Use. Because this is a legal agreement between you and CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com, please print out and retain a copy for your records. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to access or use this site or the services provided here.

1.      LENGTH OF AGREEMENT
The length of this Agreement shall be one (1) year from the date of first posting of Client's listing information on CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com.

2.      PRICING

Annual Membership is priced at the following levels:

• Real Estate Agents- 3 cities/towns listed for $185.00
• Business Listings- 3 cities/towns listed for $555.00
• Key Sponsor Positions- $750.00 per position

All Memberships Will Automatically Renew Annually

3. RENEWAL
CFO ENTERPRISE, LLC will automatically renew Client memberships annually. You will not be notified prior to renewal unless Client billing information is no longer valid. If this occurs, CFO Enterprise will contact Client directly.

4. LISTING PLACEMENT
Placement of Client listing information shall be placed chronologically as Client listing information and payment are received by CFO ENTERPRISE, LLC. CFO ENTERPRISE, LLC strives to have new Clients activated within 7 days of order received, but does not guarantee it. No charges will be processed until Client has been activated.

5. CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Credit card charges will be processed when Client information has been activated on CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CREDIT CARD BILLING WILL BE FROM CFO ENTERPRISE, LLC.

6. REFUND POLICY

CFO Enterprise reserves the right to reject any ad, for any reason, and to refund the Client's payment.

CFO Enterprise will automatically deduct fees from the credit card account supplied with this contract. The Client shall be responsible to notify CFO Enterprise of any change in account details and the Client shall be responsible for any costs incurred due to inadequate funds being available in the supplied credit card account. All sales are final.

7. OWNERSHIP

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com's website (collectively, the "Marks") belong to CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com and others. CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com and all other trademark owners retain all rights in and to the Marks, and nothing in these Terms of Use grants you or anyone else any right whatsoever to the Marks. You may not use, reproduce, or display any Marks without their owner's prior written consent.

Unless expressly stated on the CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com website, you should assume that all content, images, and materials appearing on this website (collectively, the "Content") are the sole property of CarolinaRealEstateDirectory.com. Such Content is protected by European, Canadian, U.S. and international copyright laws and treaties. 16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all Agreements previously made between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement. There are no other understandings or Agreements. Failure to properly notify CFO ENTERPRISE, LLC via e-mail, telephone or regular mail of your disagreement with the above terms and conditions will constitute “Client's” acceptance of same.
